Tim Berners Lee who was born in London, in 1955, is the person behind the World Wide Web creation that he created in 1989 when he was working at CERN in Switzerland. The necessity for automated information-sharing amongst scientists in universities and institutes around the world led to the creation of the web. He created the first web browser and web server software in 1990, starting the way for what is today known as the Internet. Why his work is important to us in the modern era?
